Pre-wedding shots of Ahmed and Rugie

When you are past it, literally done everything, it almost seems as if you have put the cart before the horse if you attempt certain things at a certain stage. To translate, doing pre-wedding shots was quite weird for my partner and I. We had done a traditional wedding 10 years ago, have 3 beautiful children, the lot. So, getting involved in all of this conventional protocol did not make any sense, but we had to, as  the ceremony we planned was two-fold: a 10th anniversary celebration of  our love and friendship. Second, the ceremony was legally recognised.

 So I thought we ought to take shots that best reflect exactly where we are at in life. We decided to ask a friend, Joseph Stanley to shoot some very intimate moments of all of us in the neighbourhood. Thankfully the kids were not camera shy and we were pretty relaxed.
