Tropical Countryside Wedding
Janet and Daudy had always dreamt of an elegant English countryside wedding and it was befitting that they chose Parklands, Quendon Hall as their wedding venue. It is an idyllic 17th century mansion set in 100 acres of deer park. They entertained over 350 guests on the private park and ensured that their Congolese heritage was prevalent throughout the celebrations .
I enjoyed the highs and the lows that came along with planning because it turned out to be a perfect day. For example , the ceremony area was meant to be outdoors, but with the threat of rain looming we had to use the standby room indoors and the ceremony turned out to be one of the most moving that I have ever witnessed.
This wedding was about love, family and friends and the pictures pretty much speak for themselves. It was no surprise that one of these photos featured in Vogue Italia.
It was a blessing to have been part of this wonderful celebration and I wish Janet and Daudy a perfect marriage. For more on this elegant countryside wedding go HERE!
